Ram Kumar Tolani represents the generation that turned expansion into discipline. His work across Dubai and international markets helped move the family from entrepreneurial memory toward repeatable governance, documentation and professional advisory practice.

In 1983, he established a life-insurance business in Dubai. In 1999, Goodwill was established as an independent advisory firm, forming the lineage from which the wider Goodwill World platform later developed.

Dr. Sanjay Tolani is a third-generation insurance professional and one of the most decorated financial planners in the world.
